Linda Mason’s mission is to assist new authors with their publishing dreams, all the way to holding that paperback or hardback book in their hands by sharing her journey with them and pointing them in one of the directions she has chosen to travel… KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) to Amazon, understanding that your manuscript in her hands is a “safe place” to land.
The initial consultation is FREE. If you choose to accept her assistance, the cost to you will be a non-refundable $100 in advance for your commitment and signed contract to start. After that, you can choose Package A or B, whichever is less expensive for your publishing project.
Package A = $1.00 per page, regardless of how many words and/or pictures are on each page.
Package B = (By the Word Count) Snail-mailed or emailed to her
*Clean and legibly handwritten manuscript = $6 per one thousand words.
* Illegible handwritten, recording, or massive re-wording required = $10 per 1K words.
* Legibly typed manuscript = $4 per one thousand words
Her assistance includes but is not limited to the following:
– Typing and formatting of your manuscript, including images (your own or free clip art)
– General line and grammatical edits
– Design of your cover via KDP or Canva
– Production of your soft or hardback book through KDP, which includes automatic upload to Amazon for sales
– ISBN (International Standard Book Number) application for your finished book (some restrictions apply)
– Copyright application through WGA West Registry for a nominal fee
– LCCN (Library of Congress Control Number) application which could eventually help you get your book into libraries or bookstores
